屏東地檢署今天依據媒體報導發現，屏東便當行業者認為自己遭順德企業行欺騙，當初順德老闆胡信德表示自己收購廢油是做為環保生質能源和肥皂，但卻將廢油流向食品用油中。屏檢今剪報分案將順德企業行列為他案被告，調查其犯罪事實。順德企業行及負責人胡信德在郭烈成案件中曾被傳喚，但皆為證人身分。

昨天下午屏檢傳喚進威公司負責人郭春葉、蘇清煌和其兒子等3人及其他公司員工1人，另外再次提訊郭烈成，屏檢表示，將比對相關人員證詞，鞏固事證。另，郭烈成名下3個帳戶已遭凍結，但存款餘額加起來不到5萬元，而之前遭郭烈成提領出的86萬元已不知去向。目前除了低額存款外，其賓士車已在先前遭檢方扣押。
