國小有流行音樂課？　教育部：可納彈性課

文化部長龍應台宣布，明年將編列4千萬元預算，與教育部合作推動流行音樂正規教育，希望明年9月起國小就有流行音樂課，教育部政務次長陳德華對此表示，課綱的調整需要經課審會討論決定，如果國小要開設流行音樂課，比較可行是放在彈性學習節數課程。

教育部政務次長陳德華表示，就人才培育角度，教育部盡量配合各部會需求及政府政策來推動，過去教育部曾與文化部溝通，不過目前都還在討論階段，因為文化部對於流行音樂正規教育還沒有提出具體內容，而且課綱調整需要經過課審會討論決定，中小學不太可能單獨開設流行音樂課程，比較可行是安排在彈性學習節數中，以申請的方式，鼓勵學校開課。

至於文化部提出鼓勵技職或大學正式辦理流行音樂的學分或學位，把人才培育制度化，陳德華次長說，大學開課屬於大學自主，教育部無權干涉，但是如果文化部有獎勵措施，並提出具體內容，教育部樂觀其成。
