BB寬頻到尖峰時刻變很慢【10點】

我家是用BB寬頻8M，之前用都很順

但最近幾天到晚上都很慢，不管是看直播、youtube、玩遊戲都非常慢

上BB寬頻的網站測速是 4 - 5 M 左右

到早上測速是 8M (正常) 但是看youtube時還是非常非常非常非常的慢！

之前看youtube用1080P都不會有問題

但現在用480P都非常的卡！瀏覽器有用過google、火狐

都一樣卡請問有解決的辦法或是推薦的業者嗎 O_Q
