　　豐田巧曾經擔任遊戲公司宣傳製作人，負責過許多電車駕駛遊戲。2009 年在小學館以新書《鐵子的 DNA（暫譯,原名：鉄子のDNA）》出道成為作家，2011 年在集英社以《搭電車去吧！（暫譯,原名：電車で行こう！）》（未來文庫）系列成功以小說家身分出道，積極發表以鐵路、宇宙、人造衛星等題材為主軸的作品，7 月即將推出改編動畫。

　　全家都是鐵道迷的豐田巧，加上以前曾擔任過許多電車駕駛遊戲宣傳製作人的他，可以說是每天都能接觸到關於鐵道的事物，這也讓他對鐵道越來越愛，最後跟家人一樣成為了鐵道迷。
