小弟老爸今天拿給我了他的IPOD touch說賴無法傳訊息

我拿了過來檢查一下，網路有連接，上網、一般APP都OK

唯獨開賴的時候會一直在緩衝狀態，收不到別人發的訊息，也無法發出訊息給別人

試過重開機，版本也是最新的

請問還有什麼方式呢 冏

PS:我爸說他不想刪除聊天內容
