西方再制裁俄總理：邪惡

（中央社莫斯科2014年7月17日綜合外電報導）俄羅斯總理麥維德夫（Dmitry Medvedev）今天表示，西方就俄羅斯在烏克蘭危機中扮演的角色，對俄祭出新制裁，是「邪惡表現」，這等措施永遠不會令人屈膝。

麥維德夫在政府會議上說，美國與歐洲聯盟（EU）此舉，對烏克蘭沒有幫助，並將助長俄國反美情緒。

他並說，莫斯科現在應將更多焦點擺在國防支出上。

俄羅斯總統蒲亭昨天警告，美國加碼制裁俄羅斯將自食惡果；並且說，除了烏克蘭，沒有人比俄國更希望看到烏國血腥內戰早日平息。

蒲亭訪問巴西巴西利亞時告訴伊塔─塔斯社（ITARTASS）：「這樣的制裁無疑讓俄羅斯和美國關係推向死胡同，也會對他們造成嚴重傷害。」

蒲亭告訴記者：「而我確信，這將傷害美國和美國人民長期利益。」

蒲亭也表示，美國和俄羅斯應該和外界所期望的一樣，透過外交解決所有爭議。（譯者：中央社蔡佳伶）
