（中央社記者沈如峰宜蘭2014年7月7日電）立德飯店集團在宜蘭冬山梅花湖投資興建渡假酒店，規劃166間套房，今天舉行動土典禮，預定民國105年6月完工營運。

立德飯店集團看好梅花湖的環境，於去年4月以當地自有的土地與宜蘭縣政府簽訂「得安居溫泉渡假酒店」BOO(興建、營運與擁有)投資契約，上午舉行開工動土典禮。

立德飯店集團創辦人林樹波說，「得安居溫泉度假酒店」預定民國105年6月完工營運，屆時創造近300個就業機會，提升地方觀光產業發展。

「得安居溫泉渡假酒店」為地下兩層、地上3層的建築，整體投資規模金額近新台幣30億元，基地土地面積6950坪，未來將規劃166間客房或套房(含Villa主題日式套房)、國際宴會廳、3間餐廳與多功能會議室，還有戶外游泳池、男女裸湯三溫暖、水療SPA 區、水景觀、水教堂、水幕電影與水灣碼頭等休閒設施。
