王建民未被排先發脫逃待決定

（中央社記者李宇政台北2014年7月7日電）美國職棒大聯盟紅人隊宣布與小熊的雙重戰第二戰，將找3A的左投霍姆柏格（David Holmberg）先發，王建民無緣在雙重戰出賽。

由於紅人總教練承諾7月9日的雙重賽會考慮把王建民拉上去先發，因此王建民未行使本季第2次的逃脫權，選擇續留紅人等待機會。

不過王建民事先也表態，若7月9日仍無法上大聯盟，即會考慮是否執行脫逃條款離開紅人。

王建民3日面對海盜3A，王建民繳出6.2局失2分的優質先發，為爭取9日上大聯盟增添籌碼。

但是紅人教頭今天宣布，確定由霍姆柏格出賽。

在紅人隊決定不讓王建民上大聯盟投雙重賽後，王建民將面臨是否執行明星賽週逃脫條款，也就是最快下週就會決定。
