這句 comes 錯！ Fans 是複數，動詞要用 come:

Fans often come bearing gifts.
粉絲們經常帶著禮物來。

這裡 come 是動詞，bearing 有 ing，已經不是動詞，而是現在分詞。

英語 come 和 go 後面可以直接用現在分詞，表示「來」或「去」時的狀態，現在分詞有形容詞的作用，這句就是用 bearing gifts 表示粉絲們是「帶著禮物」來的。

舉兩個同句型的句子：

He came laughing.
他笑著而來。

The child went crying to her mother.
小孩哭著到媽媽那裏去。
