新竹1名中國籍吳姓婦人嫁來台灣育有3名兒子，最大6歲，去年長子及次子問父，質疑3歲弟長得不像他們，陳姓丈夫質問妻，她羞怒帶么子回中國，陳男要妻帶兒回台驗DNA。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，么子無論是膚色、五官，都與長子、次子明顯有異，陳男不斷追問吳女，去年10月，吳女憤而拿椅子砸他，陳男氣甩妻耳光，還激動地掐她脖子，逼問「孩子到底是誰的？」吳女把么子送往中國，陳男提否認子女之訴。

陳男要求吳女將孩子帶回國，接受親子血緣鑑定。法官開庭時鄭重告誡吳女，若再不交出孩子，法院不排除直接判她敗訴，同時陳男也將追究刑法略誘子女部分罪責。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
