職安法明天上路 1067萬人適用

職業安全衛生法明天上路，保障對象擴大到1067萬名勞工，分兩階段上路，第一階段明天起包括「防過勞條款」在內的41種附屬法規已修正發布，雇主若無預防過勞措施最高可開罰15萬元，若因無預防措施導致勞工過勞職業病，更可開罰30萬元。勞動部將陸續分區辦理法規修正宣導會。

第二階段明年元旦上路，包括機械、設備、器具驗證、化學品登錄及分級管理制度、兼顧母性保護與就業平權等母性健康保護措施。
