主機板須要一直保持通電狀態嗎?

我的電腦關機後鍵盤燈熄滅
滑鼠燈還是亮著
從機殼網孔看進去,主機板上有燈恆亮
網路線插座也有兩個燈閃爍
必須把插頭拔除,所有燈才會熄滅
這樣是否很耗電?

夏季電價很驚人,我冷氣幾乎開一整天
外加一台冰箱運轉
一個月跑了近300度的電!

我本想拔掉插頭,但又想到主機板上
有一顆記憶電池,
主機板不過電就是吃記憶電池
這台電腦很老了,怕記憶電池撐不住
請教該怎麼做比較好?
