亞泥加碼中國山水水泥

亞泥（1102）加強大陸布局，根據香港交易所最新揭露，亞泥投入港幣225.6萬元（約新台幣878.2萬元），加碼中國山水水泥80萬股，這是亞泥今年第二度加碼山水水泥股份，累計持股比率達12%，躍居成為第二大股東，亞泥昨日回應，純粹財務投資。

中國山水水泥是大陸排名第七大，根據中國水泥網2013年統計，其總產能約在4,501萬公噸；至於在銷售部分，依據山水水泥2014年報，在大陸總銷售量為5,344萬公噸，年增11.7%，是目前山東與遼寧最大的水泥廠商。

亞泥自2010年開始參股山水水泥，主要是看好山水集團潛在成長動能，再加上，山水集團經營領域與亞泥不衝突，因此外界認為，入股是雙方策略合作的觀測指標。亞泥昨日股價收在40.90元，上漲0.15元。
