緊貼窗戶的椅子或床鋪一問

最近準備要裝潢了,正在與設計師討論室內佈置的規劃,
常看到很多前輩在客廳窗邊做可以收納的櫃椅,是可以增加收納空間與客人來時可坐或是坐在窗邊看風景.客房則是很多人用木作緊鄰窗可以掀開的床架.

我擔心的是像這種緊鄰窗戶的設計會不會讓還不懂事的小孩有機會爬出窗外出憾事?
本來地板到窗戶的高度大概也有110CM，若站在窗邊的椅子或是床上就連大人都很容易跌出去.不知道有沒有發生過這種案例?
