三立8點檔《世間情》靠不少時事梗讓收視率攀升，之前陳珮騏與李亮瑾的女女戀更全力「助攻」，兩人吻戲衝出高收視率，還登上美國知名的同志網站，網友大讚是「台灣之光」。

不過，今「波蘿日報」臉書卻放上該劇兩張阿離住院插管的照片，還虧說：「到底是要塞粗的還是細的啦！」

逗趣的留言也引發網友搞笑回應，「很明顯左邊這杯有加珍珠，而右邊這杯則是沒有加珍珠的」；「這個規格加的應該是芋圓了...」；「左邊那位是在潛水，右邊那位在洗牙齒」。也有網友批評，「圖中兩種皆是錯誤用法」；「連拍戲找個專業"醫療"&"醫工器材"顧問的費用都省不肯出$」；「黑白演！台灣戲劇越來越沒水準！唉~」。（宇若霏／綜合報導）
