【時報-台北電】端午連假將至，勞動部今提醒，端午節（6月2日）為勞基法規定的國定假日，只要是適用勞基法規定的勞工，雇主當天依法都應給假及給薪；勞工當日若出勤，依法工資應加倍發給，勞工若自願選擇換取補休也可行，但雇主不得片面規定僅能申請補休，而不予加發工資。

勞動部表示，雇主若有違反相關規定，勞工可以準備相關事證，就近向地方勞工或社會局申訴，以保障自己的權利。(新聞來源：中時即時 洪欣慈)
