立法院自經區條例逐條逐項審查

立法院經濟委員會於週一由國民黨召委黃昭順快速通過「自由經濟示範區特別條例」草案3條文，引發爭議，上午民進黨立委紛紛要求進行會議詢問程序，並認為當天的會議程序並不合法，所以該通過的3條文並不算數，在經過朝野協商後退回重審，國發會主委管中閔（上圖）下午上台報告自經區條例後，立委柯建銘（下圖）開頭逐條逐項審查，連名稱都審查許久，號稱要審查到晚上１２點。
