【棒球大裁判】 中華職棒規則補述＿3.02 【牽制動作之規定】 【棒球大裁判】 中華職棒規則補述＿3.02 【牽制動作之規定】 (G)如果投手站在投手板上傳球給位於一壘前或後方的一壘手， 但顯然不是為了要讓一壘跑者出局，違者【依棒球規則】8.05(H)： 投手做無必要之拖延比賽，判定投手犯規。 然而如果投手在此狀況直接傳球到一壘則不違規。 亦注意如果投手企圖讓二、三壘的跑壘員出局， 並傳球給位於壘前或壘後的野手時並不構成違規(此項規定僅限於對一壘及三壘)。 【參考美國職棒大聯盟裁判手冊7.05(A)】 總而言之：在一三壘有人的情況下不能使用假牽制喔。 羅國華假牽制，判定投手犯規。 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Llw690oX9tY
