印地安人隊右投李振昌昨面對西岸豪門天使隊最強兩打者，戰果是一好一壞！他解決2012美聯新人王卓奧特，遭剛進入「500轟俱樂部」的普侯斯敲出安打，本季最快球速已飆到95哩，約153公里。

李振昌在5局下2出局、球隊0比4落後，先發投手克魯伯留下一、三壘有跑者危機，登場對決連兩年美聯MVP票選第2的卓奧特。他交錯運用側投出手的速球、曲球與卓奧特纏鬥，第5球達95哩，接著以94哩速球壓制對手擊成投手丘前滾地球解除警報。

6局下李振昌的93哩速球被普侯斯敲出右外野平飛安打後，總教練法蘭柯納考量下一棒伊班涅茲為左打，將他換下；隨後普荷斯跑回天使第5分，失分算李振昌，總計他投0.1局被敲1安、失1分，自責分率退為5.14，最終印地安人4比6輸球。
