標題[問題] 公司私自幫員工退保A公司 加保B公司

幫朋友代問 他一直在同公司做同樣的工作 至少七年 這家公司的股東共有AB兩公司 最近朋友在存摺發現退款 才發現公司私自把他從A公司退保 再加保B公司 他去詢問會計 會計說沒錯 說不會影響他的退休金 問題是如果改天被資遣 公司只算B公司的年資? 這樣我朋友虧很大!! 從2012年被退保並加保 聽說也跟公司要增聘外勞有關 那時我朋友因公傷假問題被公司冷凍(不讓她加班 讓她領最低薪) 這家公司雖然喜歡占員工便宜 但工作很多可以讓員工加班 所以我朋友也不想跟公司鬧翻 想請教大家的意見 教我朋友爭取他的權益 謝謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 122.117.206.229 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1398867731.A.73F.html
