標題[問題] 蝴蝶機充電有問題

我的蝴蝶機約前年12月第一批的機子，買來後幾乎天天充電，也常常邊充邊用， 但今天早上開始最多只能充到92%就充不上去(原廠線充，也試過行動電源充)，而 當天晚上拿去神腦，客服說他們沒授權檢測這機型，要送測還是送修之類，之後 我到一般通訊行看，他們叫我備份資料&還原再充電看看是不是真的是電池問題? 以下我想問的是: 1.有沒有怎樣備份才可以完整保留我手機內的資料(沒備份過QQ) 2.若我一直放著不管對手機有影響嗎?(除了電池的最大蓄電量無法達100%外) 3.若要換新的電池芯，通訊行開價1600，會太貴嗎? 4.板友有比較好的解決方式嗎? 以上還請幫忙回答~感謝!! -- -- 腦殘的定義： There are two parts in your brain, right and left.
