嗆方仰寧被暗殺　洪崇晏列恐嚇被告

台大哲學系學生洪崇晏因「路過」台北市警局中正一分局嗆聲事件，日前遭民眾告發恐嚇、妨害公務等案，台北地檢署已2件「他」字案，將洪列為被告，近期將傳他到案說明。

洪崇晏不滿台北市警中正一分局驅離立院靜坐的公投盟成員，本月11日與網友串聯「路過」中正一分局，並嗆分局長方仰寧「你會害你自己被暗殺」，引發力挺方仰寧的民眾公憤；北檢表示，因有民眾告發洪涉嫌妨害公務及恐嚇，北檢已分案將他列為被告。（胡守得／台北報導）
