銀行.郵局轉帳問題

因為網拍剛用不久,而前天賣了一樣東西對方也匯了錢給我,但想說之前網拍買東西也都提供末五碼,也要求買家提供末五碼,但去刷了銀行簿子有這筆錢,但是跟他提共的五碼不一樣而且簿子上面是六碼?請問是要怎麼核對才是正確?

順便一問 像是郵局匯銀行.銀行匯郵局 臨櫃匯款 無摺 ATM 等等的匯款方式去刷簿子要怎麼核對(因為我銀行.郵局都有)

若我去申請網路郵局.銀行是不是核對比較方便?該如何申請,如何核對?

希望能為我正確解答 麻煩了 感謝^^
