微博申請美國IPO 擬籌5億美元

（法新社紐約14日電） 被稱為中國大陸版推特（Twitter）的微博今天向美國證券管理委員會（SEC）申請首次公開募股（IPO），預定籌資5億美元。

根據微博提交美國證券管理委員會的文件，人氣中文社群網站微博將透過這次首次公開募股，從網路巨擘新浪獨立出來。

申請書說，微博去年12月的統計，每月有1億2910萬活躍用戶，平均每天有6140萬活躍用戶。

申請書指出，微博將透過首次公開募股「從新浪分拆出來」，但微博獨立之後，新浪將「繼續提供微博某些支援性服務」。

至於是在那斯達克或紐約證券交易所上市，微博沒有說明。

微博上市的主要承銷商是亞洲高盛（GoldmanSachs Asia）與瑞士信貸（Credit Suisse）。（譯者：中央社何世煌）
