脫烏入俄的經濟衝擊

克里米亞脫烏入俄公投16日舉行，歐盟和美國可能17日就開始經濟制裁。CNN估計，制裁損人不利己，但俄國受害將會比較大。歐盟對俄輸出占歐盟GDP才1%，但俄國輸歐占俄國GDP達15%。俄國財長已承認，即使只是有限的制裁，對俄國的國內投資、海外對俄國的投資都會受損。而且如果克里米亞入俄，莫斯科必須花大錢養它。克里米亞目前70%預算、90%飲水及絕大部分能源和糧食來自烏克蘭，俄國都得挑起來。
