立法院8個常設委員會今天繼續聯席審查「兩岸服務貿易協議」，但由於朝野衝突仍未平息，因此再次空轉。陸委會主委王郁琦表示，立法院內部程序都會尊重。媒體詢問，服貿是否會因為立院朝野的僵局而自動生效，王郁琦並說，行政部門當然希望服貿能儘快通過，但由於立院朝野曾針對這個問題有過協商，從行政部門角度，應該要尊重朝野協商結論。

金管會主委曾銘宗則說，服貿協議與金融界的關係非常大，證券業有8項、銀行有6項、保險有1項，因此金融業都有透過各種方式，對在野黨提出呼籲。
