公保生育給付有2個月，勞保卻只有1個月，勞動部上月允諾將修法比照公保。立法院社福衛環委員會今審查多位立委提案的相關勞保生育給付修正草案，最後通過的版本除了延長至2個月外，再另外新增雙生以上按比例增給。

換句話說，如果生2個，可以領到4個月；生3個，可以領6個月。勞動部初估，因增加按比例增給後，勞保基金每年約要增1.2億元成本。
