台灣麵包師世界烘焙賽惜敗

（中央社記者曾依璇巴黎12日專電）台灣麵包師傅黃威勳及林坤瑋今年在法國烘焙大師競賽中，作品深受好評，可惜未獲冠軍，但他們說，已發揮自己最佳實力，也超越了上次參賽時的自己。

黃威勳今年參加在巴黎舉行的「烘焙大師」藝術創作類個人競賽，林坤瑋則參加甜麵包類，兩項賽事各取1名冠軍。

頒獎典禮於當地時間中午舉行，可惜兩人與冠軍擦身而過。

麵包師傅吳寶春4年前在這項世界性賽事的麵包類拿下冠軍。
