感覺台灣三星客服真的非常非常有待加強,下班用mail詢問前一陣子辦的買手機活動贈品進度,因為網路上已經無法查詢,不同時間問過1月初問過一次,沒回應,3/4再問一次,到今天3/12仍然沒任何回應或電話,看來一定要打電話去才有用.
但由此看來,客戶服務做的很差...,純抱怨,希望原廠看到也可以好好檢討一下!
