跪著種植山藥老農雙料冠軍

新北市農業局昨舉辦新北市山藥評鑑競賽，來自淡水的82歲老農張自典獲紅皮屑、白皮屑品種雙料冠軍。

張自典表示，自從4年前，罹病將膝蓋換上人工關節後，別人蹲著照顧山藥，他用「跪」的種植山藥，對山藥呵護無微不至。他種的山藥外觀無病蟲害啃咬、山藥白胖肥大。

張自典說，種植山藥就像「解開數學方程式」，經驗的累積，自己一個人慢慢地種植就能讓山藥白白胖胖又好吃。他投入種植山藥的熱情，令在日商擔任副支店長兒子十分感動，每當假日都還會幫他耕田。
