酒駕後保駕照… 1年內別違規

「酒駕被查獲後，更要遵守交通規則」縣警局交通大隊指出，過去不管開那種車酒駕，就可能吊扣聯結車駕照，修法後放寬，改為1年內不再違規就可以安全過關，因此在酒駕後1年內，最好時時警惕，不要違規。

交通大隊指出，過去騎機車或開小客車酒駕被查獲，都是吊扣駕照的處分，由於一人一照制，如果有聯結車駕照，就只能吊扣這張駕照，被法院認定罰太重、不合理。

4年前修法放寬為第一次酒駕被查獲暫不吊扣駕照，改以記5點處分，1年內再犯，需連同原先暫不執行吊扣駕照部分一併裁處，就是留給駕駛人緩衝機會，只要1年內不再犯，就一筆勾銷。

交大指出，1年內只要違規記點達6點，就要吊扣駕照，前次酒駕記5點後，只要「一點」小違規就可能被吊扣駕照，值得各車種駕駛人警惕。
