安裝檔 .exe雙擊沒有反應

如題 下載了安裝檔.exe雙擊後毫無反應

新電腦win8
小紅傘掃過了無發現病毒

另外毫無反應有兩種狀況

(1)netbeans的安裝檔點擊後會出現"您是否允許下列程式變更這部電腦"，選是後毫無任何反應，工作管理員上也沒看到。

(2)eclipse的安裝檔點擊後沒任何反應，"您是否允許下列程式變更這部電腦"也沒出現，但是在工作管理員會看到他正在執行。

這些狀況幾個禮拜前是沒有的，我找出當初小紅傘的安裝檔雙擊後出現(2)的狀況。

我爬過文了，但目前沒有用，我對電腦不是很懂，希望可以講得簡單一點，謝謝。
