《科技》巨量資料商機，張善政：需畫紅線避侵犯隱私

【時報-台北電】全球激起巨量資料（Big Data）商機浪潮，科技部長張善政今日出席「玉山安侯論壇」時表示，看到巨量資料的應用與商機很有潛力，但每一步推動都要非常小心，尤其政府得特別注意過程中要有完善配套，「分析到什麼地步，未來必須畫出紅線」，否則可能會有過度侵犯個人隱私的問題。

張善政指出，在巨量資料中，以政府資訊量最大、最有價值，但如何開放提供分析，必須建立業者跟民眾的信賴體系。舉例來說，可從技術面、管理面與法制面著手，確保資料保密、資安管控等，後續再依靠會計師事務所等第三方組織的專業機構進行稽核。（新聞來源：中時即時 吳泓勳）
