2014/09/19 車禍車殼求償問題

首先先附上行車紀錄器影片 (不好意思不知道怎麼崁入...)

在影片中18秒時其實後輪已經失去抓地力在滑動了，

所以沒辦法再做更大的動作去調整行進的方向(19秒輪胎哀號聲比較大)。

最終內心決定就持續的減速穩住車身把傷害降到最低。

影片中可看到該名騎士入彎後莫名的減速並且大規模的向外側偏移，



在減速偏移的過程中還可以順便轉頭看右邊的風景。(好看嗎??)

車禍當下想說行車紀錄器有拍到也記下車牌，且位置實在不宜多停留。

況且其實這一撞對車子也沒造成多大的損傷，也就是殼傷到而已。

趕著回公司拿資料所以想說先處理完公事再來報警。

這場車禍其實人只有兩個地方小破皮。(所以想用肇逃來請警察抓人出來)

已於車禍當日至自家附近警局備案，

由警方告知交通隊繪製現況肇事圖說必須由該轄區交通隊負責。(無法用單一窗口)

所以打算於103/09/21再回到楠梓報案。(09/20沒空)

目前內心的疑惑是：

車殼部分是所謂的財損嗎??如果是財損就屬民事了吧??

其實肇逃這部分人員受傷也沒什麼，不會要他賠償醫藥費。

目前是想要他賠償車殼部分就好，假設對方不賠的畫後續有什麼辦法逼對方賠償呢??

所以上來請教各位前輩們的意見及經驗，在此小弟先跟各位前輩們說聲謝謝。
