天天嘿咻女受不了　提分手男竟嗆「先姦後殺」

一名從事工人的男子，日前透過交友網站結識一名女網友，相談甚歡後進而交往。不料2人交往半年期間，男子天天要求「嘿咻」，讓女方無法忍受提出分手，對方竟傳訊恐嚇，揚言要「先姦後殺」。女子嚇得報警提告，法院判處男子5個月徒刑定讞。

法院判決指出，2人在2012年5月，透過交友網站「愛情公寓」認識，雙方進而交往成為男女朋友。不料交往之後，男方對性事極為熱烈，幾乎每天要求和女友發生關係，只要一見面就要上床。2人交往半年後，女方受不了對方需索無度，開始刻意疏遠對方。

男子見女友刻意疏遠，竟然辱罵對方「討客兄」，且根據《蘋果日報》報導，男子更用LINE傳多封恐嚇訊息，包括「先殺後姦」、「我前前女友半身不遂、你有看過我極端的樣子」、「不要讓我找到，你會很慘」等，女方因此嚇得得服用安眠藥過量送醫急救，最後不堪恐懼而提告。

台南法院審理之後，一審判決男子5個月徒刑，他不服提出上訴。男子稱說自己有憂鬱症，服藥之後自己也忘記傳什麼訊息給對方。合議庭認為男子儘管有憂鬱症，但仍有辨識能力，且其用惡劣手段恐嚇，犯後毫無悔意，因此駁回上訴，維持原判定讞。
