100噸餿水油 流向仍不明

餿水油製成劣質豬油流竄全台，食藥署今天表示，截至上午10時，新增問題產品是彰化縣上泓食品行的香蒜脆片、香蒜麵包、香蒜片酥、香蒜吐司、香蒜焗吐司；強冠問題油品出貨量為782公噸，各地衛生局已掌握683公噸，還有近100噸尚未掌握流向；相關產品須全數下架，不能販售、製造。

食藥署副署長姜郁美表示，強冠公司製售的劣質豬油「全統香豬油」，截至今天上午10時止，食藥署及各縣市衛生局共出動1520人次，稽查食品工廠、夜市、攤販、供飲食場所及販賣場所等共6620家次。
