E8 行動網路問題

Ｈi! 大家好

本人的妹妹暑假期間在台灣買了一台 ＨＴＣ Ｅ8 使用遠傳的sim card, 一切安然無恙. 不過他回到加拿大讀書的時候,換上加拿大Rogers ＬＴＥ的 sim card 時只有手機訊號 但卻沒有行動網路.........昨天我已經嘗試著更新以及重開機 但是還是沒有行動網路 一開始我以為他的sim card有問題 所以我把卡插在我的手機裡（zeonfone 5) 一切正常也有網路......小弟真的是不知道到底是哪裡出問題了......請網上各位高手幫忙！ 謝謝！！！
