IS又公開處決俘虜影片

伊斯蘭國(IS)透過影片處決另一名俘虜，並且在30日將影片公布在社群網站。俘虜為黎巴嫩士兵阿里‧薩耶德，是敘利亞伊斯蘭軍事份子之前攻占黎巴嫩邊境城鎮所俘的19人之一。

沙烏地阿拉伯國王阿布都拉警告，西方國家將成IS接下來的目標，除非西方政府以「快速、合理、強力」的方式打擊恐怖主義。
