烏國會通過法案開放歐美投資天然氣管

烏克蘭國會今天(14日)通過一項法案，允許運送天然氣的設施，得以在合資經營的基礎下，讓來自歐洲聯盟和美國的公司參與，共同租用。
根據這項法案，烏克蘭將持有51%的股份，而外國公司得以持有49%股份。合資公司將管理天然氣運送管線，以及地下天然氣儲存設施。
