請教透天厝後面防火巷排水孔的問題(如何讓水只出不進，且也不讓老鼠、蟑螂從排水孔進)

從這個排水孔出的水有
1雨排
2洗衣機的排水管
3平時在照片上從地板沖水的污水

我之前是拿一大塊鐵片直接蓋上
但是鐵片生銹了，且上面那三項的水也不好排出，
因為鐵片蓋上後空隙就快沒了！

請教有沒有什「永久」的方法，謝謝！

ps。這個排水孔大約50*27公分
