請教板上有經驗的大大：

地下停車場，
鄰居車輛漏油污染嚴重，
向管委會反映過也沒改善，
向他放小紙條善意提醒也沒反應，
漏油累積到像小水池了（約一公尺直徑），
加上他移車後油漬就到處印，
搞的環境很髒！

建議如何好好處理呢？感謝！
