5D2與6D的抉擇

小弟我大概只有4萬餘多的預算，想搞一台FF的機身來爽快一下。剛好符合現在市售5D2二手跟6D的價格範圍。
鏡頭小弟有一顆24-105/F4，因為小弟不擅使用閃光燈來補光所以原則上亮度都靠ISO來撐，高ISO的同時又希望畫質不失真，希望各位行家可以為小弟開示一下!哪台CP值對我的需求來說比較高
