遠傳4G"通話不佳"的問題,客服竟然叫我切回去3G待機使用

這問題困擾了我從升級4G之後~一直反覆產生
通話不是手機最基本的功能,卻在升上4G後徹底改觀
時常無預警收到未接來電的通知簡訊,
明明4G訊號暢通,但有時卻無法撥出跟接電話
還好今天我不是從事業務工作,這樣時有時無的通話品質誰還敢來辦
甚至有可能會錯過家人或朋友的重要電話!

這樣問題跟客服反應二次,
第一次請我去門市換卡,
一週測試後,還是沒有太大改善

今天在跟客服第二次反應,
竟告知用戶4G通話不穩定時,告訴用戶直接切換到Wcdma去(3G去待機)
以保有通話品質
為了通話+4G上網這樣切來切去

那這樣辦4G的意義在哪? 是便民還是擾民?
