俄央行意外升息兩碼至8%

俄羅斯央行出人意料升息兩碼，是今年第三度升息。烏克蘭衝突和國際間加緊制裁俄國已影響經濟，並導致盧布貶值。

俄國央行把1周標售利率由7.5%升至8%，彭博調查23位分析師意見有22人認為會按兵不動，只有一人認為會升息0.25個百分點。
