新疆首府烏魯木齊的公共汽車安檢程序全面升級，自廿五日起，市區內所有公共汽車線路，禁止乘客攜帶液體、打火機和不明粉狀物等物品上車，每個站點將安排兩名安檢員在上車前安檢。

新規定要求所有乘坐公車的乘客，禁止攜帶液體、打火機和不明粉狀物體等物品；其中，禁止攜帶的液體包括礦泉水、飲料、食用油、優酪乳等，不明粉狀物體包括炸藥、火藥等，易燃易爆物品包括打火機、汽油、煙花爆竹等。
