基隆市議長黃景泰今開記者宣布參選到底，有案在身就遭國民黨廢止提名，根本是黨中央「雙重標準」，他點名爭取台東縣長連任的黃健庭，及參選苗栗縣長的立委徐耀昌也涉入弊案，為何只針對他。

遭黃景泰點名，徐耀昌表示，這是兩碼子事，黃會被廢止提名，是整個大環境使然，「不然國民黨會做糊塗事嗎？」他說，參選是很現實的事，現在因為黃的個人行為，讓國民黨在基隆選區受挫，這些黨部都很清楚。徐說，他的事情之前已經講得很清楚，現在又被扯下水，「況且他民調18%跟我的56%能比嗎？」
