IBM簽約協助北京對抗霧霾

法新社報導，IBM公司8日表示，已與大陸簽署一項協議，協助抑制大陸的汙染，第一個汙染抑制目標是北京危險的霧霾。

IBM說，公司將推出名為「綠色地平線」的10年計畫，協助大陸的國家能源系統轉型和保護公民健康。

IBM表示，第一個合作夥伴是北京市政府。

聲明說，這項合作將充分利用IBM的大數據和分析平台的最先進技術，以及IBM在天氣預報和氣候模型上的經驗。I BM將設法確定北京霧霾的排放類型、來源和濃度，掌握北京空氣品質的實時資訊，協助當局採取步驟抑制汙染，或在警告民眾上更具效率。
