蔡力行任恩智浦非執行董事

（中央社記者張建中新竹2014年6月30日電）半導體大廠恩智浦(NXP)宣布，委任中華電信 (2412) 董事長蔡力行擔任董事會非執行董事，7月1日起生效。

恩智浦表示，很高興能邀請蔡力行出任非執行董事，相信蔡力行能為董事會帶來豐富的產業專業知識與經驗。

蔡力行是今年1月28日擔任中華電信董事長，加入中華電信前，蔡力行曾任晶圓代工廠台積電 (2330) 總執行長，及台積電旗下台積太陽能與台積固態照明董事長。

恩智浦指出，蔡力行擔任非執行董事後，恩智浦董事會將有十位董事，其中，1位執行董事，及9位非執行董事；10位董事分別來自5個不同國籍背景。
