樂金與陸簽約建車用電池廠

（中央社台北2014年7月2日電）彭博報導，根據南韓車用電池大廠樂金化學的一封電子郵件聲明，已經與2家南京國企簽署合作備忘錄，於2015年底前，在中國大陸聯合興建一座電動車電池工廠。

樂金化學（LG Chem KR-051910）將持有這家合資公司50%股權，而南京紫金科技創業特別社區建設開發公司和南京新工投資集團將持有其餘50%股權。

新廠將在今年9月開始動工，每年生產的電池可供超過10萬輛電動車使用。（譯者：中央社簡長盛）
