美國5月成屋銷售簽約指數上升6.1% 至八個月高點

國家不動產協會(NAR)周一公布，美國5月成屋銷售簽約上升6.1%，至八個月高點，顯示成屋銷售數量可望上升。

5月成屋銷售簽約指數上升至103.9，4月為97.9。

NAR說，低抵押貸款利率，市場成屋增加，及創造就業轉強，促使成屋銷售增加。

雖然成屋銷售簽約指數連續三個月上升，但第一季完成銷售數量卻疲弱，NAR預期將拉低2014年總銷售量至低於去年水平。

5月成屋銷售簽約指數較去年同期下降5.2%。

成屋銷售簽約後，通常於二個月內完成銷售。

該指數100相當於2001年平均銷售水平。
